Medium: Natural earth pigments, linseed oil, cotton canvas.

Crystal grid: This painting, like the rest of the "Held in Color" series, was created within an active crystal grid composed of the following: selenite (self-cleansing anchor and energy amplifier), serpentine (protective shield and heart chakra support), carnelian (courage and drive), and obsidian (deep grounding). These crystals in their specific grid layout serve as a quantum tool for me to anchor specific frequencies into my paintings that are then transmitted into your space (when installed) or personal energy field (when observing the painting). 

Frequency Transmission: Along with the frequencies of the crystals in the grid, this piece holds the frequencies of love, and more specifically, the harmonious moment where your nervous system finally breathes a sigh of complete relief after integration work and healing. It brings an atmosphere of gentle equilibrium rather than stimulation, and encourages deep empathy, balance, and peace within a space.
